This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit the Carlsbergbar website, why, for how long, and what your rights are. In short: the site is informational — it has no forms, user accounts, newsletter or payments, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools.
01 Data controller
The data controller is Carlsbergbar Moita, registered at Rua 5 de Outubro, No. 5, 2860-501 Moita, Portugal, which operates the Carlsbergbar restaurant and brand.

We do not sell data or make automated decisions about you.
03 Third-party services
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) — the map in the contact section only loads after you allow it. From then on Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under the Google Privacy Policy.
- Uber Eats and Instagram — the site only contains links. If you follow them you are on another company's service, with its own policies. Orders, payments and delivery addresses are handled by the platform, not by us.
04 Recipients and transfers
Technical access data is processed by the following processors, under contract:
- the website hosting provider;
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery network and attack protection. Every request to the website goes through Cloudflare, which processes the IP address and technical request data to deliver the site and block malicious traffic. It sets no cookies on this website. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
Cloudflare and, if you allow their services, Google and Meta may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
05 Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing. Where processing relies on consent you can withdraw it without affecting prior processing — for example in Cookie preferences.

06 Security
The website is served over HTTPS only, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction.
07 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or the law. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
